Basix in Brymbo [April 15th]

Chaos came to Brymbo this Friday past as, just ahead of his Tag Team Title defense Iron Man Mike Roberts 'got into it' with
O-Town Warrior Ethan Cash resulting in both men having to be removed from the building. The BPW Board of Directors decreed that their
repective partners -  Bobby Price (O-Town Warriors)  and Mick Romeo (Team Demolition) - would face one another in singles competition
for the Tag Titles instead. At a crucial moment in the match Iron Mike returned to the building and came to ringside distracting Bobby Price
and helping Mick Romeo secure the win..... and retain the Titles.

In other news after a brutal Fatal 4 way Danny Valentine became the new number 1 contender for the BPW Wales Championship. Fans will
remember that Valentine held the Title previously during his 'dark days' with Team Demolition and so is keen to show the world that he can
be a better champion without the likes of Iron Mike or Big 50 in his corner.

O-Town Warriors challenge for the Titles

The 2011 BPW Tour rolls on into Brymbo this Friday night with the O-Town Warriors looking to get their hands on the BPW Tag Team Titles
as they face off against Team Demolition. Then in the second Main Event both members of The Wild Boys - Danny Valentine & Dylan Robert
face both members of The Renegades - Tony Bond & Johnny Blaze in an every man for himself Fatal 4 Way.
All this PLUS an Over the Top Rope Battle Royale makes this an event not to be missed

Comic Relief - thanks to all involved

With the fun and games of Comic Relief over the Stars of Basix Pro Wrestling must now focus on April 3rd at the Flint Pavilion.
The new BPW Tag Team Champions Team Demolition face the former champions The Renegades and BPW Wales Champion Bobby Price
faces his biggest challenge so far (literally) in 24 stone monster Cyanide.

A massive thank-you to all our BPW fans who came down to support Comic Relief. Also congratulations to our junior wrestlers J.J Jack Jones,
Drew Bains, Connor Bradley and Danny Fletton on their massive 6 man tag with Danny Valentine and Iron Man Mike Roberts - who was on a
sponsored ‘Be nice for the day’ - it was hard for him but he (just about) managed it!

We would also like to extend our thanks to the fans that offered a sizable donation for Dylan Roberts to knife edge chop MC Matt Bennett
- Dylan was happy to oblige and we’re sure Matt’s chest will heal soon. (video on our facebook page)
In the double main event Mick Romeo retained his BPW Heavyweight Championship and the Renegades scored a hard fought victory over
the O-Town Warriors.

Renegades fall to Demolition

After a Title run that lasted nearly 12 months Basix’s favourite Tag Team has Lost their Belts! At Buckley (last Sunday) the Renegades were
defeated by Team Demolition Members Iron Man Mike Roberts & Mick Romeo. Although the new champs won legally many fans feel that
having Big 50 AND Danny Masters at ringside fundamentally made the Title defence a 4 on 2.

The Renegades have commented via their Facebook page saying:

[We] lost the belts... but soon, we WILL win them back... and on that day, we WILL become, theeeee 1st ever: "2 TIME 2 TIME" Tag Team
Champs!

Revenge on hold

Payback will have to wait as neither the Wild Boys (Dylan Roberts and Danny Valentine) nor Team Demolition
(Iron Mike Roberts and Mick Romeo) could secure a victory in the 20 minute time limit on Saturday. The Wild Boys now have to focus their
efforts on beating The Renegades for the BPW Tag Team Titles on February 20th. After annihilating Yorkshire’s Danny Steel
BPW Wales Champion Bobby Price now faces BPW HEAVYWEIGHT Champion Mick Romeo in a Champion vs Champion match.

But the Big news from Connah’s Quay was the return of not 1 but 2 heavyweight Basix Stars!!! In a series on ‘mystery opponent’ matches
both The Scorpion and Daz Danger returned from injuries that had excluded them from competition for over a year and savaged their
opponents. To quote one of The B.P.W officials ‘The toughest Wrestling Firm in the U.K just got tougher’
